1. How long does order handling take, when will I receive tracking, and how long does delivery usually take?
Handling takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your parcel is on the way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Transit time is 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday), and shipping stays free for all United States destinations, including Alaska and Hawaii.
2. Is shipping within the United States free?
Shipping in the United States is free.
3. Which carriers do you use to deliver orders in the United States?
Tuxeri works with established carriers to deliver orders across the United States. Depending on the destination and service level, deliveries may be completed by UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service (USPS).
4. Can I cancel or change my order after it has been shipped?
No. Once an order has been dispatched, we are not able to cancel it or adjust it. If the parcel is already on its way, you can start a return after delivery following the steps above.
5. What are the return eligibility requirements, and how long do I have to request a return?
A return can be accepted only if the item is sent back in unused condition and in the same state it was delivered. This means no signs of wear, no washing, no stains, no odours, and no alterations. Tags, labels, and any included packaging must be returned with the item. Returns are not accepted for damage caused by use, incorrect handling, or everyday wear. Requests made after 30 days from delivery cannot be approved.
6. How are refunds processed, and how long does it take for the refund to appear?
Once your parcel arrives, we check the item(s) to confirm they match the return conditions above. If everything is approved, we issue the refund to the same payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 7 days for the refunded amount to show in your account. The exact timing depends on your card provider or payment service.
7. Do you charge restocking fees, and who pays for return shipping?
We do not charge restocking fees. The only cost you cover is the return postage.
