Return and Refund Policy
- Return timeframe: You have 30 days from the day your parcel is delivered to request a return.
- Restocking charges: We do not apply restocking fees.
- Refund processing: Refunds are processed within 7 days after your return arrives and is reviewed.
- Return postage: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Return condition: Items must be unused, with original tags attached and original packaging included.
This return policy operates alongside our Terms of Service.
Who Can Return an Item
A return can be accepted only if the item is sent back in unused condition and in the same state it was delivered. This means no signs of wear, no washing, no stains, no odours, and no alterations. Tags, labels, and any included packaging must be returned with the item. Returns are not accepted for damage caused by use, incorrect handling, or everyday wear. Requests made after 30 days from delivery cannot be approved.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, email support@tuxeri.com with your order number and a short list of the item(s) you want to send back. Our team will reply with the return steps and the information you need to include with your parcel.
What Happens After We Receive Your Return
Once your parcel arrives, we check the item(s) to confirm they match the return conditions above. If everything is approved, we issue the refund to the same payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 7 days for the refunded amount to show in your account. The exact timing depends on your card provider or payment service.
We do not charge restocking fees. The only cost you cover is the return postage.
Exchanges
If you prefer a different size or colour, we can arrange an exchange when the requested option is available in stock. If it is not available, we will refund the original item instead.
Cancellations and Order Changes
If you need to cancel an order or update shipping details, contact support@tuxeri.com as soon as possible. We will check what can be done based on the order status. Once an order has been dispatched, we are not able to cancel it or adjust it. If the parcel is already on its way, you can start a return after delivery following the steps above.
Problems on Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not matching what you expected, please contact us and include a short description of the issue. If possible, add photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the situation faster. We will review the case and offer a suitable outcome, which may include a replacement or a refund depending on what is available and what makes sense for the situation.
