You Paid, Now What?
Right after checkout, an order confirmation email will land in your inbox. From there, we move your order into processing based on the 4:00 PM EST cut-off. Orders placed before the cut-off are handled the same day, while orders placed after the cut-off are picked up on the next business day (Monday to Friday). Handling takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once your parcel is on the way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Transit time is 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday), and shipping stays free for all United States destinations, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Possible Delays
Timelines are estimates and can vary due to carrier volume, weather conditions, address issues, or other factors outside our control. If your delivery is running behind, please use your tracking link first to view the latest carrier updates. You can track your order here.

Shipping Partners
Tuxeri works with established carriers to deliver orders across the United States. Depending on the destination and service level, deliveries may be completed by UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Cancellations and Order Changes
If you need to cancel an order or update shipping details, contact support@tuxeri.com as soon as possible. We will check what can be done based on the order status. Once an order has been dispatched, we are not able to cancel it or adjust it. If the parcel is already on its way, you can start a return after delivery following the steps above.
Problems on Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not matching what you expected, please contact us and include a short description of the issue. If possible, add photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the situation faster. We will review the case and offer a suitable outcome, which may include a replacement or a refund depending on what is available and what makes sense for the situation.
